Wild garlic is widely used in Polish cuisine. We can successfully use it in the PREPARATION of both meat and fish dishes. In addition, this spice goes well with fresh and baked vegetables. Therefore, we can easily add it to numerous sauces, casseroles and even vegetarian pies. Wild garlic also goes well with the taste of dried tomatoes, cottage cheese and olive oil. The combination of garlic and olive oil will perfectly emphasize the taste of juicy salads and even homemade pasta. It is recommended to add wild garlic to: soups, sauces, salads, scrambled eggs, sandwiches and baked and boiled dishes.
This product is also used to prepare various pastes. Each time it adds a touch of magic to the dishes prepared and makes eating a pure pleasure.
