DESCRIPTION
Vinegar not from concentrate, unpasteurized. Acid: 5%. It contains natural sediments. Shake well before consumption.
Apple cider vinegar is made according to the traditional recipe of Karl and Margaret Voelkel. The juice of freshly squeezed apples from a biodynamic orchard undergoes yeast fermentation. Then the acetic fermentation is carried out. Bottle the finished, unfiltered and unpasteurized vinegar. It is cloudy because it contains all of the ingredients that are naturally formed during the process.
