How is agar used?
Remember that agar will not dissolve in cold water. How do I use it? After soaking in a warm liquid (water, juice, milk, broth), it is enough to put it in the cookware. In this way, you can prepare jelly both sweet and dry, thicken it with jam, soup or sauce. Agar can also be added to cold cream or cheesecake. It is perfectly combined with dairy products (both plant and animal milk). Agar - Agar dissolves at a temperature of 85-95 degrees Celsius while it hardens at 32-35 degrees. So you don't have to put it in the fridge.
