Organic Teff Flour is obtained from ground grains of Abyssinian love. Gives dishes a slightly nutty aroma. For centuries it has been used by people from African countries to prepare traditional bread called injera. We recommend it for baking bread, cakes, biscuits, pancakes and also as a binder for soups and sauces.
