Rice flakes are made from crushed rice grains. They are an excellent suggestion for an easily digestible breakfast. We recommend adding it to muesli, yoghurt, cereal drinks and desserts. Also perfect as a base for milk and muesli soup for toddlers.
PREPARATION SART
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or MILK) on a low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
