DESCRIPTION
Unrefined coconut oil has a specific coconut smell and is versatile. Cold-pressed (native) coconut oils have higher health-promoting properties, they contain essential fatty acids in natural cis configuration, thanks to which they have an impact on health disorders. They do not have trans acids - they increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, worsen the blood lipid profile (reduce the concentration of HDL cholesterol and increase the concentration of LDL and triglycerides in the blood serum).
Native oils can have a natural sediment.
At temperatures up to 26 degrees C it remains solid.
