Sol The micellar formation of turmeric ensures rapid absorption and high bioavailability. It is the process of increasing the solubility of a substance. Studies confirm the better digestibility of NovaSOL ® turmeric compared to conventional turmeric extracts. Thanks to the solubilization technology, we obtain a stable, highly bioavailable turmeric.
Products in micellized form they form solubilisates of lipophilic (fat-loving, water-insoluble) substances. p>
These substances are pH and temperature stable and have a diameter of approx. 30 nanometers. When microemulsions can be unstable, micellized products are the perfect solution for functional foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology (cells and bacterial cultures). Micelles are 100% water soluble and can be used directly in products regardless of the properties of the other ingredients. The micellized products have proven to be excellent carriers of hydrophobic ("water-repellent") substances. They ensure better and faster absorption and penetration of active ingredients.
