L-lysine is one of the 10 essential amino acids that cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained from the diet.
L-lysine promotes the absorption of calcium from food. This amino acid is necessary for the growth and development of cartilage because it promotes the formation of collagen, the fibers of which are contained in bones, tendons, skin and teeth, among other things.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule 2-3 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption throughout the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Product not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
