DESCRIPTION
Organic chickpea flour is made from ground chickpea beans. It has a slightly nutty aftertaste. You can use it alone or as an additive to other flours. We recommend it for baking bread, pasta and especially pancakes called socca. It has strong binding properties, so it is also ideal for thickening soups and sauces.
