PREPARATION
Cook in the ratio of 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of semolina to 250 ml of milk or water (depending on the desired consistency)
Measure out 250 ml of milk, pour some into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining milk, pour the solution with semolina, stirring constantly so that it does not clump. Cook for 3-5 minutes. until thickened. The finished dish is served with fruit syrup or mousse.
