Flo's fennel fruit

Ingredients: whole, dried fennel fruit (Foeniculi fructus) - 100%
Use: Consume as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of fennel fruit pulp immediately before use (e.g. in a grinder) and pour 1 1/2 cups of boiling water (250 ml) over it. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. drain.
Drink a warm, fresh brew. If the aroma of the infusion is too strong, unground dill can be used in its preparation.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place protected from light.
