Mugwort is a plant of the rose family. In Poland, a plant that is widespread throughout the country grows in meadows, pastures, forest edges and in mountainous areas. It has a balsamic scent and a tart, sweet taste.

The seaweed contains many tannins that hinder the absorption of iron and other micronutrients, so it should not be used for too long.

Ingredients:
100% mugwort.

Type of preparation:
Place 2 teaspoons of chopped herb in a glass of boiling water and steep to strain. Drink in small sips throughout the day.
Can be used for herbal mixtures according to proven recipes.
