APPLICATION ?
Cinnamon is a spice that enriches the taste of many sweet desserts. Besides the traditional addition to apple pie and gingerbread, it can also be used to flavor dry dishes. Perfect for fish and meat dishes as well as soups. It goes perfectly with milk and honey, so it's worth adding a pinch of cinnamon to tea or coffee. Cinnamon sticks also have a decorative function.
Use in the kitchen:
