DESCRIPTION
Cinnamonum cassia is native to China and is grown in Southeast and South Asia. The bark of the tree is used as cinnamon - a well-known spice. Cinnamon and Ceylon share similar properties, except Cassia also contains coumarins and less eugenol — compounds found in cinnamon bark. Cinnamon works well as a digestive aid, preventing bloating and increasing the absorption of nutrients. Cinnamon also helps control blood sugar levels and normalize glucose levels. It also has an antioxidant effect, ie it neutralizes the effects of free radicals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
