Wholemeal apple pie 200 g Koen
Apple pie, although it seems inseparable from Polish cuisine, comes from France. Made up of shortbread or shortbread and fruit, this confectionery was to be invented by Marie-Antoine Carême, court cook to Tsar Alexander I. The apple pie probably owes its name to Princess Charlotte, the emperor's sister-in-law and later to the tsarina. In Poland, better known by the common name cider, apple pie is sometimes made with INGREDIENTS
such as cinnamon or cloves. Made from whole wheat flour, apple pie is a delicious snack and a delicious dessert. Recommended for coffee, tea, everyday and holidays, it introduces a warm family atmosphere and uplifts spirits.
