The patented microencapsulation technology is a double lipid layer that surrounds the bacterial cell. Such a revolutionary solution guarantees almost 100% survival of the bacteria when passing through the stomach and part of the intestine. Microencapsulated bacteria are many times stronger than lyophilisates, so that 5 times fewer bacteria are sufficient to achieve the same degree of colonization in the intestine.
Probiotic bacteria are very sensitive to water. Manufacturers often use different types of fiber or inulin as the filling. Their environment is unfavorable for the bacteria since their water activity is above < 0.2. In the case of probiotics, the water activity of the carrier is of enormous importance. It is the carrier that is in closest contact with the bacteria at all times. If the water activity is above aw > 0.2, the enzymes contained in the bacteria start to activate, resulting in their loss. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
