Boil plenty of water so the pasta floats freely in it. Salt the water to taste, add a little vegetable oil. Add the noodles to the boiling water, stir and cook until tender - 15-25 minutes, al. dente - 9-10 minutes
Do not mix the noodles while cooking. Strain and fill up with cold water.
