Natural goat yoghurt is a product that differs from conventional natural yoghurt only in that it is not made from cow's milk but from goat's milk. Goat's milk is a highly nutritious white emulsion obtained from domestic goats bred specifically for its production. This milk, which is close to the composition of breast milk, is rich in vitamins - A, D, C, group B - and minerals - magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, selenium and calcium. Goat's milk is also characterized by a lower content of allergenic casein protein and is therefore recommended for children and those allergic to cow's milk. Goat yoghurt takes on many valuable properties of the raw material from which it comes and adds many of its own.
