Meadowsweet is a plant that grows in wetlands, in Poland it can be found in swampy areas, on the banks of water.

Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)

Preparation method:
Pour 1 teaspoon of dried (2 g) with 1 glass of hot water, cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes and strain. Drink a glass of warm infusion 3 times a day.

Recommended daily dose: 2g (tablespoon) of the product once a day.

Storage:
Store at room temperature and out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to the ingredients of the preparation. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use in children, pregnant and lactating women is not recommended. Too high a dose of meadowsweet can lead to constipation and gastrointestinal irritation.
