DESCRIPTION
Smoked "Tworóg" quark is made from semi-fat "Tworóg" quark. Lightly salted and then smoked in the smoke produced by burning deciduous tree shavings. It has a delicate, creamy taste with a distinct aftertaste and smell of smoky smoke.
Since 2018, the Dionizowo sour milk has been included in the list of traditional products of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
