PREPARATION
Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 230ml of hot water (about 80 ℃), mix thoroughly. Leave the mass on for 15 minutes. Wet your hands with cold water, then form burgers about 1 cm thick by hand. Heat the oil in a pan (3 teaspoons). Sear the burgers for about 2 minutes on each side.
