Inulin is derived only from organic agave (Blue Agave Tequilana Webber). It is a natural carbohydrate and has prebiotic properties. We recommend inulin as an additive to fermented milk products, baked goods (improves the structure of cakes) and for thickening (instead of flour). It can also be eaten after dissolving in warm water. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
