PREPARATION
Boil 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of semolina in 250 ml milk or water (depending on the desired consistency).
Measure out 250 ml of milk, pour some into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining milk, pour the solution with semolina, stirring constantly so that it does not clump. Cook for 8-10 minutes. until thickened. The finished dish is served with fruit syrup or mousse.
