Chlorella powder can be a valuable source of protein in the diet of vegans and vegetarians. It can be successfully used as a valuable addition to yoghurts, homemade fruit and vegetable cocktails, as well as an ingredient in sauces or homemade oatmeal cookies. It is worth remembering that we should not consume more than about 3-5 grams of this product on a daily basis.
Take one serving of the product, ie: 5 g (1 scoop) dissolved in 100 ml of water, once a day, preferably after a meal, eat immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used by people who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in tightly closed containers in a dry place at room temperature.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that only a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet ensure the proper functioning of the body and maintain good condition.
