PREPARATION
1 tablespoon of flaxseed pour ¾ glass of warm water. Wait a few minutes and stir frequently. Drink 2-3 times a day. The flaxseed can also be ground before infusing it with water. The porridge made from ground linseed can be eaten with milk or yoghurt. Ground flaxseeds can also be added to soups, breads, sauces, and breakfast cereals.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at temperature in a dry and shady place in a tightly closed container.
