DESCRIPTION
Nature in the region of the Balkans, Turkey and the Mediterranean.
This extraordinary plant has been known and appreciated for centuries, mainly for its properties and taste.
It is also often referred to as Lebanese sage or mountain tea.
In ancient times, gojnik infusion was given to soldiers to regenerate their strength and heal wounds faster.
To this day, the infusion of Gojnik (mountain tea) is considered a traditional Balkan herbal drink.
It grows in high mountains (over 1000 m above sea level) and is therefore free from pollution.
The brewed gojnik has an interesting green-yellow color, a soothing smell and a characteristic taste. Mountain tea also has large amounts of valuable essential oils; "> PREPARATION
Fill 1 - 2 inflorescences into glasses and pour boiling water over them. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 2-3 minutes.
You can add mint, fresh ginger, lemon or quince fruit to the infusion.
If you have stomach problems, it is good to drink this infusion for about an hour before a meal. span >
