The perfect natural flavored dry baker's yeast for sweet and savory pastries. Organic yeast is fermented on the basis of organic raw materials. After fermentation, the organic yeast is concentrated in a separation and filtration step, which increases the dry matter content. The yeast pulp is extruded and then gently dried in a fluidized bed dryer. Due to the lower water content, dry yeast has a long shelf life.

Mix the contents of the packet with 500g of flour.
