DESCRIPTION
Grapeseed oil is obtained from the seeds of the grapes and has a delicate taste. Its advantage cannot be compared with any other oil, the property of preserving the natural taste of the dishes fried on it. In the Mediterranean diet, it is commonly used in salads, sauces, and for frying and braising. Grape seed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats (EFAs - Essential Fatty Acids). Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
