DESCRIPTION
Organic black quinoa, also known as quinoa. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.
PREPARATION
It is advisable to pour hot water over a fine sieve with hot water, then cook 1:2 (1 portion of quinoa for 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
