With regard to cleanliness and hygiene, the non-woven fabric from which the protective filters are made is hydrophobic and contains silver ions to prevent the uninhibited proliferation of bacteria on its surface. Silver nanoparticles show bactericidal and fungicidal properties. The natural balance of the bacterial flora on the body's skin is not disturbed. The finish used in W65B/HA Protect is a non-migratory antimicrobial agent, which means that it acts on the product without creating areas of inhibition (according to Agar Diffusion Plate Test (SN 195 920) test).
