Beet sourdough, also known as beetroot sourdough, sour borscht or "strong drink", is a real vitamin and nutrient bomb. The drink resulting from the beet fermentation process is a natural source of probiotics that speed up metabolism and benefit the intestinal flora by supporting immunity of vitamin C and essential B vitamins for the proper functioning of the nervous system.Only 12 kcal. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Consume about half a glass a day, preferably on an empty stomach or after a meal. The sourdough can be drunk cold or after it has been heated to room temperature (do not bring to a boil). 8 degrees centigrade. Consume within 14 days after opening.
