Wielkopolska rapeseed oil unrefined, cold-pressed from double-enriched rapeseed varieties that preserves the natural levels of omega-3 monounsaturated fatty acids and omega-6 in the form of cis, vitamin E and beta-carotene.
It is suitable for cold consumption as an addition to salads, mayonnaise, sauces, but also for cooking and frying for a short time.
