DESCRIPTION
Omega 3 and 6 are essential fatty acids that belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acid family. Our body cannot produce polyunsaturated acids on its own, so we have to get them from food. It is added omega-9 oleic acid, which is synthesized by the body, but its addition provides an excellent ratio of omega acids. Use two tablespoons daily as a complement to your favorite dishes. Store dry and cool, protect from direct sunlight. Once opened use within 12 months.
