Type 2000 wholemeal rye flour*, water (* from certified organic farming).
DESCRIPTION
Organic wholemeal rye pasta made from type 2000 wholemeal rye flour, ground on stone grates.
A 400g pack makes a delicious dinner for a family of four.

PREPARATION
Sufficient water (3l per pack of pasta), plenty of salt, bring to the boil. Add some vegetable fat (oil).
Gradually add the noodles and cook until soft enough (about 10 minutes)
Then remove from the stove, pour in cold water and drain.
RETENTION RECOMMENDATION
Store dry and airy.
