Numerous studies report on the participation of magnesium ions in almost all vital processes occurring in the cells of the human body. They are involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids, ie they play a crucial role in the formation of DNA and RNA. Magnesium ions along with calcium ions enable muscle contraction and relaxation. They are also involved in expanding blood vessels. Scientific research indicates the participation of ions of this element in immune processes and in the regulation of allergic reactions in the body. Many publications also emphasize the role of magnesium in ATP synthesis, blood pressure regulation, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, protein biosynthesis, thermoregulation and blood sugar regulation. The irreplaceable role of magnesium in the bone mineral balance is also scientifically well documented.
INGREDIENTS
