Ketchup from Krokus is - unlike conventional products - made from grated tomatoes, not from concentrate. Their secret is to cook fresh fruit, which is then grated and concentrated in vacuum kettles at a temperature of 80ºC. After adding the spices, the ketchup is ready for packaging. It is free from all types of flour and other thickening agents. Ketchup is an ideal side dish for fries, baked potatoes, for example.
