Blue chamomile is often used to make calming herbal teas and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. This type of chamomile gets its name from the deep blue oil extracted from the flowers of this plant. This chamomile does not irritate or sensitize, making it perfect for skin-soothing preparations.
