Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) - "fruit of long life". It has antiviral, antibacterial, detoxifying and antiallergic properties. Traditionally, they are used to treat digestive and lung diseases. It has astringent, tonic, expectorant and anthelmintic properties.*

Haritaki is a tree that grows in South Asia and Sri Lanka. Small, green fruits of this tree are used in Ayurvedic medicine. It plays a key role in Tibetan medicine, where it is called the "king of medicine" and is found in almost all Tibetan herbal recipes. It is one of the three ingredients in the Triphala blend.

Haritaki fruit is described as a "long-term fruit" with properties that rejuvenate the body. It is related to their beneficial effects on the intestines and colon and penetration into all tissue layers of the body. Haritaki
supports, among other things, the proper functioning of the lungs, colon, liver and spleen.*
