Bancha green tea is one of the most popular varieties produced in Japan. Its unique taste and delicate effect make it an excellent choice to drink tea at any time of the day. It is suitable for children and the elderly. Bancha green tea is made from mature leaves, which are low in caffeine, which is why the tea is considered so versatile. Leaves and small twigs are dried and crushed into smaller pieces. Bancha is a natural source of antioxidants, tannins and minerals - like magnesium and iron. Bancha green tea has positive properties, supports the digestive processes and kidney function. Thanks to the high content of valuable ingredients, tea provides the body with perfect moisture and is drunk chilled, especially in summer. High-quality herbs can be brewed up to three times (depending on the amount of water and brewing time). After brewing, separate the leaves from the brew.
