DESCRIPTION
Algamar seaweed is harvested from clean Atlantic waters and dried at a temperature below 42 degrees Celsius. C. Kombu algae live at great depths and can grow up to 2 m in height. A perfect addition to soups, vegetables and omelettes. The white coating that can appear on seaweed is salt that separates and is a natural preservative.
