INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat flour*, water (* from certified organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
The pack contains 4 pasta bags.

PREPARATION
Boil 1 liter of water, then put in the pasta (1 socket per person). When the noodles start to grow, gently separate them with a fork, then reduce the heat to medium-high.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Pass the noodles through a sieve and rinse lightly with cold water.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with miso soup for a traditional Japanese dish.
