First, organically grown apples are pressed into juice, which then ferments into wine (cider). Then we get apple cider vinegar - unfiltered from wine, unpasteurized, wholesome, highly valued product. The vinegar is naturally cloudy: the apple particles do not reduce the quality of the product. Apple cider vinegar is recommended as: a condiment for salads, a drink - diluted with mineral water and sweetened with honey, a natural personal care cosmetic after dilution.
