PREPARATION PROCEDURE
Dissolve 10 g agar in 1 liter of cold water and sweeten if necessary. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool down a bit after cooking. Pour into a mold and let set in the fridge. Agar - Agar can be prepared with fruit juice or any other juice.
