• Fatigue,
  
• Apathy,
  
• Sniffles,
  
• runny nose,
  
• Pains

Use:

• Massage: 10 ml (teaspoons) base oil, mix with 3 - 5 drops of the selected oil;
  
• Baths: 10-15 drops of essential oil in 3/4 of a bath of warm water;
  
• Flavoring: Mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 2 tablespoons of water.

Ingredients: Mentha Arvensis Oil, Limonene, Linalool.
